Joseph Horne
I am a J.D. candidate and Levy Scholar in the Class of 2013 at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where I serve as an Associate Editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law and as Technology Editor on the East Asia Law Review. Previously I worked as a public health researcher at RTI International. While living in Seattle I volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Family Law CASA of King County. In 2007 I earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina, where I majored in Asian Studies and minored in Social & Economic Justice.
